Ko tō tūranga – your role

The AI Enablement Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption of AI technologies across business by enabling low/no-code AI solutions, co-creating value-driven use cases with business teams, and embedding an AI-first mindset within the organisation.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their current workflows and pain points.
• Apply the Harvard STEP (Socio-Technical Experience & Process) model to identify AI augmentation and automation opportunities.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with business units to uncover high-value AI opportunities.
• Use low/no-code platforms to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI use cases that solve real problems or augment human capability.
• Empower business teams to adopt, adapt, and build AI solutions themselves once enabled.
• Work closely with partners such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and Writer to surface proven AI use cases and co-develop new ones.
• Develop and maintain a forward-looking roadmap informed by both external case studies and internal ideation.
• Align with the Agentic Foundational Activator and AI Engineering team to ensure consistency in practices, tools, and learnings.
• Collaborate with the AI Product and Value team to agree scope and coordinate roadmaps.
• Coach teams across the organisation on how to think AI-first.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and continuous learning around AI.
• Guide teams through the change journey from traditional operations to AI-enabled ways of working.

• Demonstrable experience using low/no-code platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Zapier, Writer, OpenAI APIs).
• Strong capability to design, build, and iterate on practical AI solutions.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and able to build high-trust relationships.
• Design thinking mindset with a strong grasp of human-centred design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies and their practical applications in business settings. 
• Ability to coach and mentor others in adopting AI technologies.
• Experience with Harvard STEP model or similar process design frameworks.
• Experience working with enterprise AI partners and platforms.
• Background in change management or organisational transformation.
