Ko tō tūranga – your role

The Consumer Performance Lead holds a key role to delivering on our commitments through Retail and Telesales and proactively drives exceptional customer experience to our customers, as well as supporting and upskilling across all Retail & Phone based Sales Agents. You will be the specialist go-to person for Consumer product/services and oversee and provide resources (such as lead allocations and reporting) to support the performance outcomes of Consumer Sales.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

• Support Sales performance outcomes of Consumer channels in Retail and Telesales (Inbound and Outbound) including onshore and offshore teams.
• Work with L&C, Retail/Area Leads/Team Leads, Operational Managers and Consumer Champions to deliver regular trainings team meetings to support upskilling and continued performance outcomes.
• Oversee performance outputs of Retail omnichannel agents and Telesales, ensuring adherence to service levels and volume outputs.
• Oversee the distribution of Consumer leads and performance reporting and insights of both Hyperlocal and Telesales.
• Lead and provide strategic guidance to weekly trading meetings.
• Overall accountability of both Telesales and Omni-Channel Retail performance/quality outputs.

Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring

• 4 years of experience in managing sales performance and outcomes preferably partner channel management experience.
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills with experience of managing cross functionally and with external stakeholders
• Demonstrate a passion for sales within the telesales environment – influencing team members which aren’t direct reports and supporting channel performance outcomes.
• Demonstrate an understanding of both Retail and Telesales markets.
• Hold the ability and confidence to train and support others to build overall performance – this includes presenting to large groups.
• Showcase a track record of exceptional sales development in prior roles.
• Strong data analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience in strategy change and leading teams through change
