Ko tō tūranga – your role
As an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist at One NZ, you’ll be the trusted point of contact ensuring new customers experience a smooth and efficient transition to our services. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to manage communications, mitigate risks, and provide expert training—setting the foundation for long-term success from Day One.
Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition experience for new Enterprise customers.
- Act as the single point of contact, coordinating all activities and communications between customers, internal teams, and setup specialists.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver an outcome-focused transition.
- Keep customers informed with clear, consistent updates at every stage of the onboarding journey.
- Proactively identify and manage changes, risks, or issues to guarantee timely delivery aligned with agreed outcomes.
- Train and empower customers to confidently use One NZ Digital Service Tools from Day One, giving them real-time access and control.
- Oversee post-transition activities, including validating the first invoice, to ensure a smooth handover to business-as-usual operations.
- Maintain professional relationships with both internal teams and external customers to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and customer experiences by thinking creatively and embracing continuous learning.

- Background in sales, service delivery, or account management roles.
- Previous experience within the telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency using CRM software to manage customer interactions and activities.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship building, training, and facilitation.
