Ko tō tūranga – your role

We are looking for an experienced marketer with the drive, pace, and precision to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives in a fast-changing industry.

 

As a senior member of our marketing team, you will lead complex projects end-to-end, managing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering at speed without compromising on detail. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing campaigns that power our growth — particularly as we break new ground in Loyalty innovation with the introduction of One Wallet.

 

This role demands exceptional project management skills, proven experience using data and segmentation to drive strategy, and the ability to execute with urgency and accuracy.


*This role is a 12 month fixed term role*

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Lead and deliver large-scale marketing projects with speed and precision — from strategy to execution.
  • Use data and segmentation insights to build tailored campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Work across the full lifecycle of marketing: acquisition, upsell, retention, cross-sell, migration, and loyalty.
  • Translate strategic priorities into fast, customer-facing executions that deliver revenue, customer value, and measurable impact.
  • Manage cross-functional squads and stakeholders to ensure projects land on time, on brief, and on target.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance with a focus on revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.

  • Proven experience in direct and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex, high-pressure initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in data-driven and segmentation-led marketing with strong commercial acumen.
  • Solid background in end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Strong skills in creative development and stakeholder management.
  • Telecommunications or technology sector experience (advantageous).
  • A customer-first mindset and ability to quickly adapt to changing business priorities.
