Ko tō tūranga – your role

As our Marketing Manager - Consumer Acquisition, you will play a key role in turning business priorities into high-impact marketing activity that drives measurable commercial outcomes. You will lead end-to-end delivery for your portfolio, bringing together planning, briefing, execution and optimisation to create customer-informed campaigns that support acquisition, retention and growth.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys working across teams, shaping clear strategy into great execution, and making a visible difference to pipeline, revenue and customer value. You will be trusted to bring strong marketing judgement, a performance mindset and cross-functional influence to ensure activity is aligned, effective and continuously improving.

 

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Lead marketing delivery for your portfolio, ensuring activity is aligned to business priorities
  • Translate portfolio strategy into clear, customer-informed marketing briefs and integrated plans
  • Own end-to-end delivery of campaigns and go-to-market activity across channels and teams
  • Apply strong marketing judgement across audience, proposition, messaging, and channel selection
  • Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and pipeline growth outcomes, including lifecycle and customer value activity
  • Track, analyse, and optimise campaign, funnel, and programme performance using data, CRM, and digital tools
  • Partner closely with internal teams and agency partners to provide clear guidance and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Proven depth of experience in end-to-end marketing delivery across B2C and/or B2B environments
  • Proven track record of delivering marketing activity that drives measurable commercial outcomes
  • Strong marketing judgement across audience, proposition, messaging, and channel mix
  • Experience in acquisition marketing, go-to-market delivery, and performance optimisation
  • Confidence working in complex, cross-functional environments and influencing a range of stakeholders
