Ko tō tūranga – your role
Step into a forward-thinking Personal Assistant role where innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything you do. You will play a critical role in providing proactive support to our General Managers and Heads of Department.
You’ll be the central point of coordination, ensuring smooth communication and delivering a professional, responsive service to both internal and external stakeholders. From managing meetings and team celebrations to facilitating events and championing AI-driven automation, you’ll help streamline traditional PA tasks with innovation and efficiency. With a future-focused mindset, you’ll also contribute to continuous improvement in how we deliver administrative and engagement support.
Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do
- Provide proactive support to the Heads of Department, owning admin, organisation, and coordination so they can focus on strategic priorities.
- Manage emails and diaries with foresight, while coordinating events, meetings, and celebrations to ensure smooth logistics and great attendee experience.
- Act as a key liaison for the Leadership Team, working with EAs and PAs to ensure clear communication and smooth coordination across teams.
- Foster a connected team culture through internal comms, team rituals, and recognition, while building trusted relationships that drive collaboration and momentum.
- Champion AI and automation to streamline PA tasks, boost efficiency, and reduce admin load through continuous improvement.
