Ko tō tūranga – your role

We’re hiring a Revenue Management Lead at One New Zealand. In this key role, you’ll lead the transformation of our billing, payments, credit, and collections functions to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers. Working closely with the Head of Channel Strategy & Insights, you'll drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.  This is your chance to shape a smarter, simpler, and more customer-focused future at One NZ.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Ensure customers enjoy a clear, confusion-free billing and payment experience.
  • Manage payment transactions efficiently, consistently meeting SLA targets.
  • Drive a reduction in inbound billing and payment-related customer calls.
  • Oversee the Credit Review policy to balance risk and trading outcomes effectively.
  • Deliver on key performance indicators including 100% on-time billing, improved customer experience scores (NPS and quality metrics), and ongoing reductions in complaints.
  • Support commercial management by optimizing operational expenses and workforce costs.

  • Deep expertise in revenue management and end-to-end order-to-cash processes, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Strong leadership experience, having managed specialized teams to deliver common goals and drive cross-functional change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage effectively from frontline staff to executive levels.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a large organization within revenue management or a similar operational management role.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset, committed to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • A strong sense of responsibility for security and privacy, adhering to policies that protect customer and company data.
