As the bridge between solutions teams and enterprise clients, you'll work cross functionally to make sure we are helping new clients to streamline their operations and achieve their business goals.

 

Your strategic insights and business knowledge will help us shaping our approach to the enterprise segment and driving long-term growth. You'll keep us ahead of the curve, ensuring we stay competitive and responsive to market demands. By securing high-value contracts with Enterprise clients, you'll deliver measurable growth, directly contributing to our revenue and margin targets, and market expansion strategy.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Enterprise Business Segment.
  • Work alongside the Account Managers to identify opportunities within the allocated portfolios.
  • Follow up on sales leads to ensure opportunities are fully qualified and all potential customers are contacted to ascertain their ICT requirements.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals that contribute to the company's long-term success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Ensure customers are effectively handed off to Account Managers in accordance with defined timeframes and processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and market feedback to inform product development and strategic planning.

  • The key to success in this role is you! We are looking for a bright and engaging person that relishes in building new relationships. You love to network and build strong relationships at C-suite level through your inquisitive nature and general interest in understanding who a customer is and what they do.
  • You have a proven track record as a Business Development Manager within the Enterprise Segment, ideally but not limited to ICT.
  • Demonstrable commercial skills with knowledge of the New Zealand Enterprise marketplace.
  • Proven business case development and evaluation skills including financial analysis and business planning.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
