Ko tō tūranga – your role

As a key Account manager your role is to deliver an exceptional sales and customer experience to a dedicated range of Enterprise customers. To grow revenue within the portfolio of customers, increasing sales of One New Zealand’s products and services.

 

You will be looking after 10-15 key accounts all with the potential for growth.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Accountable for a customer portfolio within the High Value Enterprise segment
  • Strategic planning of territory and individual accounts
  • Leading internal teams to execute strategic plans
  • Develop winning sales strategies with business led conversations to increase the performance of the portfolio of allocated customers to grow recurring revenue and margin
  • Develop an exceptional customer experience for the customers with all interactions to promote growth and loyalty.
  • Work alongside the Business Development Managers to identify opportunities within the allocated portfolio.

Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring

  • Experience of business led conversations with proven sales outcomes. 
  • Exceptional customer and stakeholder relationship skills at C suite level, with experience of business led conversations with proven sales outcomes. 
  • Strong commercial skills with knowledge of the NZ segment sector and market place 
  • Strong understanding of the ICT industry, products, services and trends 
  • Extensive account management experience.
  • Ideally you will have an understanding of One New Zealand suite of products including UC, Contact Centre, IoT, Network, Security
