Ko tō tūranga – your role

You will develop a deep understanding of the customer’s organisation, build strong relationships at all levels and be viewed as the customer’s onsite service delivery owner, a dedicated, reliable, and virtual colleague.

 

Own and proactively lead customer-specific service support related initiatives and actions, working closely with SDM, SDC, and Account Manager, making sure that activities and service outcomes are highly visible to the customer.

 

Role model best practice customer experiential service support, coaching customer colleagues to encourage self-service, helping them to get the maximum value from One’s products and services.

 

As a Managed Mobility Specialists –you will be the One New Zealand representative based onsite with one of our Dunedin based Enterprise customers. This is a part time role 20 hour a week, these hours are flexible and can work around other commitments making this a great opportunity for someone still studying.

 

Due to security clearance, we require you to be a New Zealand Citizen to be eligible for this role.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Build and grow relationships both internally at One NZ and with the customer Onsite to deliver trust and then simplicity and speed.
  • Provide customer executives and personnel with a One NZ contact point for Managed Service-related interactions.
  • Be the primary point for coordinating and maintaining the information within Vodafone's core provisioning, billing, and asset systems.
  • Manage customer orders and changes through to completion, ensuring all orders are submitted via the agreed processes and systems including customer authority and acceptance.
  • Assist with a smooth transition of any projects and alignment and integration into the existing infrastructure.
  • Manage and operate any customer specific tools and processes.
  • Provide Ad-hoc and regular reporting as required.

  • Understanding of mobile technology (iOS/ Android) with enhance and demonstrated experience and capability of mobile device hardware and features.
  • Experience with varied technology administration tools with an enhance enhanced and demonstrated experience and capability of mobile device tools.
  • Customer service experience ideally in ITC or a similar industry.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Industry tertiary qualifications in technology or related field (preferred).
  • To meet clearance criteria, you must be a New Zealand citizen.
