As a Retail Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our teams with day-to-day operations, driving productivity, and ensuring every store delivers an exceptional customer experience. You’ll collaborate with teams, conduct regular store checks, and help implement operational improvements that make a real impact. From maintaining compliance to supporting customer flow during peak times, your work will help create seamless experiences for both our people and our customers.

This role is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week with availability for rostered shifts across Monday to Sunday at our Te Rapa, Hamilton store. Please note that while this will be your primary location, there may be future requirements to provide support throughout the wider Hamilton region.

 

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

 

As an Admin Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our teams meet and exceed our standard expectations, maintaining operational compliance within your assigned teams.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform scheduled standard checks in assigned stores as directed by the Quality Assurance Lead.
  • Collaborate with Retail and Floor Leads to identify improvement opportunities and implement operational structures.
  • Adhere to company policies, including security and confidentiality requirements.
  • Review store processes regularly and suggest productivity enhancements.
  • Assist with customer flow maintenance during busy periods as needed.

  • At least 12 months experience in Retail, Admin Support, or Quality Assurance.
  • Previous experience working in customer service or a retail environment within a fast-paced industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional report writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks with excellent time management skills.
