Ko tō tūranga – your role
As the Enterprise Key Account Manager, your role is to deliver exceptional sales and customer experience to a dedicated range of High Value, Public Sector customers. To grow revenue within the portfolio of customers and increase sales of One.NZ products and services.
Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do
- Accountable for a customer portfolio within the Public Sector
- Develop winning sales strategies with business led conversations to increase the performance of the portfolio of allocated customers to grow revenue
- Develop an exceptional customer experience for the customers with all interactions to promote growth and loyalty.
- Work alongside the Business Development Managers to identify opportunities within the allocated portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth through account retention, expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives that strengthen client partnerships and long-term value creation.
Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring
- Proven and demonstrable experience of business led conversations with proven sales outcomes.
- Exceptional customer and stakeholder relationship skills at C suite level.
- Strong commercial skills with knowledge of the NZ segment sector and marketplace
- Strong understanding of the ICT industry, products, services and trends
- Extensive account management experience.
- Understanding of One New Zealand suite of products including UC, Contact Centre, IoT, Cloud, Security & AI
