Ko tō tūranga – your role

As the Managed Mobility Specialist, you’ll build trusted relationships across all levels of their organisation—becoming a reliable, proactive, and virtual colleague. You’ll lead continuous improvements in service support that elevate the customer experience and make a visible impact. You’ll take ownership of customer-specific service initiatives, working closely with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), Service Delivery Coordinators (SDCs), and Account Managers to ensure outcomes are clearly communicated and valued by the customer.

 

As a role model for best-in-class customer service, you’ll coach customer teams to embrace self-service and unlock the full potential of One NZ’s products and services.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Identify and share opportunities to improve service delivery with both the virtual team and account stakeholders.
  • Champion a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to One NZ and customer Health & Safety policies at all times.
  • Support the Service Delivery team by taking on additional duties as required.
  • Collaborate across Enterprise teams to contribute to the ongoing development of Service Management and Business Delivery functions.
  • Assist in the seamless transition of projects, ensuring smooth alignment and integration into existing infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update knowledge bases and instruction manuals to ensure accuracy and usability.

  • Proven ability to build rapport and earn trust across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service background, ideally within ITC or a similar industry.
  • Skilled in relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration within large organisations.
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to varied audiences.
  • Calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Plan–Do–Adjust cycles).
  • Practical knowledge of mobile platforms including iOS and Android, and familiarity with devices such as iPads.
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • Open to learning and developing new skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments.
