Ko tō tūranga – your role
In this position, the Solution Consultant will be a domain expert on Contact Centre technologies, and will engage with customers to develop a strong understanding of their needs. You will engage in customer-centric collaboration to develop and implement Contact Centre solutions that exceed their expectations.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do
The core function of this role is to deliver immaculate contact centre solutions to our customers, and to champion the space across Vodafone NZ. Some of the aspects of your role will include:
- Lead consulting engagements with both existing and new contact centre customers, producing high-value business outcomes.
- Take ownership, present and demonstrate products and services, document requirements and solutions.
- Understand the customers language, and act as their voice to ensure the delivery of solutions and value to their business and their customers.
- Work with our technical teams to ensure the design, development and delivery of large or complex solution deployments.
- Act as a contact centre domain expert and thought leader, and identify product opportunities across the domain.

- Strong consulting acumen and a drive to consistently excel at leading engagements with customers.
- Outstanding communication skills that enable strong and lasting relationships founded on immaculate solutions.
- Proven understanding of how to successfully manage a customer service environment including workforce management, execution of customer service strategies, competency management, and performance management.
- Contact centre domain knowledge, and a technical curiosity that will enable strong understanding in a range of technical disciplines.
- A true customer obsession that won’t settle for less than the best solution.
- A good understanding of AWS, Genesys and Cloud technologies.
