Ko tō tūranga – your role

As a Product Lead within our Enterprise Product chapter, you are accountable for the performance and customer experience of products we offer.  The role is aligned across all squads in the practice with an opportunity to specialise within a primary product or portfolio area.

 

While working closely with our Enterprise and Businesses teams you will have the opportunity to shape the delivery and management of exciting ICT products and services from vendors like Cisco, Microsoft and more.

 

While we offer great team support in this role you will have the opportunity to have autonomy and drive outcomes for your team, the wider One NZ business and our customers.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Act as the liaison within channels across the wider One NZ business
  • Work with the Squads to develop clearly mapped initiative
  • Be partially responsible for training and awareness on new products and services 
  • Work with the Sales channel, as our customer, to ensure products are fit for purpose throughout the sprint 
  • Maintain and manage the lifecycle of the products – including managing the backlog for retirement of products 
  • Assist and develop One NZ’s competitive advantage through innovation or services and the best customer experience. 
  • Responsible for key communication mechanisms both in and out of the ICT practice

  • To be successful in the role you will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to build relationships across our business and with vendors
  • You will have a customer first approach, able to deliver outcomes with our customers in mind
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and delivery practices 
  • A good understanding of product lifecycle management including taking products and services to market.
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Experience in the Microsoft productivity suite and are familiar with Microsoft Licencing. 
  • Knowledge in Security and Managed networks along with ICT product knowledge
