Are you looking to blend your passion for technology into a career within product?

 

We’re seeking a Product Specialist to join our team, reporting to the Enterprise Product Specialist Chapter Lead. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering top-tier products and services to both channel partners and customers.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with foundational product knowledge and a background in telecommunications to collaborate with industry leaders and help deliver impactful solutions to businesses across New Zealand.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Understand the Enterprise product catalogue and roadmap within your portfolio.
  • Optimise customer onboarding and support journeys whilst ensuring alignment with baseline processes.
  • Manage Go to Market content creation.
  • Maintain high-quality, consistent Product information.
  • Produce quality training material focusing on digital and self-service channels.
  • Train and raise awareness on new products and services we deliver.
  • Act as the liaison for support and enablement channels within the wider company.

Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring

  • Have some experience in maintaining and operating network environments (this could even be for leisure).
  • Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki, or Cloud based services.
  • Possibly are studying for or have your CCNA or CCNP.
  • Network experience or exposure to WAN deployments, SASE and related managed services.
  • Have an agile mindset with a working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Be customer first driven, always looking to creating great customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You identify as a proactive, self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and pride yourself on your ability to work independently without constant supervision.
