Step into the spotlight as our Market Lead, where you’ll drive sales, boost operational performance, and achieve outstanding financial results! This exciting leadership role empowers you to execute our innovative Omni Channel strategy, creating seamless experiences for customers at every touchpoint. We have two exciting roles available: one Market Lead will cover the Central North Island, from Palmerston North to Hamilton, while the other will oversee the North, spanning from South Auckland to the northern reaches of the North Island.

• Drive Market Performance: Achieve outstanding results across all customer touchpoints.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Deliver impressive sales numbers consistently.
• Retail Strategies: Support the redesign of retail stores and enhance our Omni Channel approach.
• Cultivate a Growth Mindset: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development in the market.
• Collaborate on Resourcing: Partner with People & Planning to meet staffing needs effectively.
• Develop Leadership Talent: Identify and nurture future leaders to strengthen our market presence.

• Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in leading highly engaged teams and fostering a culture of ownership with hands-on experience in leading large, complex organisations.  
• People Development: Strong background in mentoring and growing talent through active listening and engagement.
• Influential & Visionary Leader: Lead cross-functionally through influence, achieving results via both direct and indirect leadership while inspiring stakeholders and team members. Passionate about inspiring others and bringing organizational vision to life.
• Commercial Expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge of retail economics, merchandising, and marketing, along with operational compliance and customer service, to drive transformational change and revenue growth, supported by a Business Studies degree or equivalent.
• Strategic Planning: Ability to break down complex projects into actionable plans for effective execution.
• Adaptability: Experience in navigating changing priorities with a positive and flexible approach.
