Ko tō tūranga – your role
As our Senior Portfolio Coordinator you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a complex portfolio of programmes and projects for one of One New Zealand’s largest public sector customers. Working alongside Portfolio, Programme and Project Managers, you’ll bring structure and visibility across multiple workstreams, ensuring governance runs smoothly and stakeholders have clear, accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
More than a traditional coordination role, you’ll proactively identify risks, dependencies and emerging delivery issues, while strengthening reporting, governance and assurance practices. You’ll help create a disciplined, well-connected delivery environment that gives our customers and delivery leaders confidence in portfolio performance and ultimately supports better customer outcomes.

- Translate complex delivery information into clear, consistent and decision-ready reporting for senior leaders and customer stakeholders.
